David Redmon is the President and founder of DNR Group, Inc. David plays an active role in the sales and marketing of DNR's handwriting, printing, and mailing services. He has over 10 years of non-profit fundraising and development experience. David graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BS in Journalism and Communications. He is a member of the Direct Marketing Association, and is very active in the Louisville DM chapter. He is also a member of the Southeastern Mailers Association. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two active sons, getting out once or twice a month for a round of golf, and serving his church wherever needed.

Glenn Aubrey oversees DNR’s Accounting Department. Glenn has a degree in Accounting from Marquette University and has over 30 years of accounting experience. Outside of work he enjoys jogging and most any outdoor sport.

Lisa Greene is our IC Production Coordinator. She designs visual information, coordinates printing, and assists with administrative functions relating to IC forms. Lisa enjoys art, theater, and traveling when not keeping up with her son and Jack Russell Terrier.

Ruth Day has the title of Office Manager and a wide array of responsibilities, but her real job is keeping our President on track. She has been vital to the continued growth of DNR. Ruth has a degree from Oklahoma State University, is married, and has two very active daughters. Ruth spends her time away from the office enjoying her children’s participation in gymnastics, watching sports, and growing her relationship with Christ.

Anitha Hall is DNR’s Handwriting Production Supervisor, who oversees the day-to-day operations of incoming and outgoing handwritten production. She also directs the quality control of the handwriting. Anitha is married and has three children and one grandchild. Outside of work she enjoys volunteering at church, and participating in her children's activities.

Marla Hornback is our Sales and Marketing Manager and oversees all functions of DNR’s marketing programs. And, for a select few clients, Marla serves as their account manager, providing support with the most complex campaigns. Marla has a Communication degree from Indiana University. While outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful daughters. She also enjoys swimming, working around the house, and all outdoor activities.

J.P. Hunt is the Apprentice Press Operator in DNR's print division, who is learning all aspects of the print shop. He has a degree from Louisville Technical Institute in mechanical engineering and industrial robotics. In his spare time, J.P. enjoys working on his hot rods and playing guitar.

Pat Hunt is our Lettershop Team Leader, and has had the title bestowed upon her as the fastest hand-inserter east of the Mississippi. Not only is Pat remarkably efficient, she also has perfect handwriting and is exceptional at quality control. Outside the office, she enjoys volunteering at church and spending quality time with her husband and three children.

Michael Kline heads up our Printing and Bindery Department. He has over 18 years of experience in the printing business, from bindery to pre-press, and produces exacting, quality work. Michael has run several large print shops before coming to DNR, and we are very lucky to have him. He enjoys playing golf, collecting tools, spending time with his wife, and keeping up with his five children.

Kelly McAllister is our IC Production Specialist, and works directly with the handwriters on projects. She also supervises the handwriter orientations. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Louisville, and when not at work, she enjoys being with extended family and going to the movies. Kelly is married, has two cats, and is dedicated to her prayer life.

Andrew Mercer works as the Logistics Supervisor in our Information Systems Department. He maintains the network and keeps it running smoothly, handles all of our computer issues, and produces non-handwritten projects. Andrew brings over five years of IT experience to DNR. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife, swimming, tinkering with technology, and listening to all types of music.

Diana Morris is DNR’s Production Manager, who oversees all aspects of the handwritten production process and makes sure customer’s needs are handled. Diana has a degree from Eastern Kentucky University and over 20 years of printing and production experience. Outside of work, she is very actively involved with Pet Groups United and the Animal Care Society, and enjoys art, music, reading, landscaping, and home renovation with her husband.

Mike Redmon is the Vice President of Operations and has over 20 years of experience in the administration and operations of managing a growing business. Mike took his Bachelor’s degree from Murray State University, and his Master’s degree from the University of Louisville. Outside of work, Mike is very politically involved in Kentucky governmental issues. Mike is active in his church, and enjoys spending time on his horse farm just outside Louisville with his wife.

Jennifer Rego is our Shipping Manager, who oversees all outgoing mail items. When out of the office, Jennifer enjoys shopping, going to the movies, and spending time with her sister.

Gloria Shirley supervises our Lettershop and Fulfillment Department, answers all of our handwriter’s questions, and brings over a decade of experience to the position. Outside of work, she enjoys caring for her mother, reading, and being with her daughter.

Stacie Shirley is a Shipping Specialist at DNR, who assists with all outgoing mail and operating the stamp machine. Stacie attended the University of Louisville's Fine Arts program, and when not at work enjoys movies, shopping, concerts, and sporting events. She was also a nanny for eight years, and still keeps in touch with the children.

Kenny is DNR’s I.C. Recruitment Manager, responsible for recruiting and retaining handwriters. This includes overseeing all communication and marketing efforts that DNR has with its handwriters. Kenny is a graduate of Milligan College in Tennessee. Outside of work he enjoys playing golf and tennis, rooting for Notre Dame football and Indiana University basketball, volunteering at church, and spending time with his wife and three young daughters.

Kyle Thim is our Production and Logistics Manager, who oversees the Lettershop and Information Systems Departments. He is responsible for data formatting and setup, producing any variable printing, and the thousands of details that make up every campaign. Kyle has over 10 years of experience in the logistics and mailing industry. In the rare moments that Kyle is outside of work, he enjoys his passion for photography, music, and travel.

Jim Waterbury is our IC Production Assistant, who helps with incoming and outgoing handwritten production. Jim brings more than 20 years of military experience and remarkable attention to detail to DNR. When outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and volunteering at his church, especially in the Easter pageant.

Doyle Wells heads up our Texas Sales Team, with over 20 years experience in sales and marketing, and computer and related technology industries. Doyle has a Master's degree in administration from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is married with one son. Outside of work, he enjoys motorcycling, playing golf, and traveling.

René Zimmer is our Project Management Coordinator, who is the primary contact for nearly all the projects that flow through DNR. Yet, she always finds a way to be positive, and even in the midst of a production storm, she is always pulling off a miracle. Outside of work, René enjoys keeping up-to-date on all the soap operas and vacationing at Stinkin’ Creek, Tennessee. René married her childhood sweetheart, and together they have two teenage sons.
