Offered as a value-added service, DNR has a group of individuals that make thank you calls on a hand-dial basis. We work primarily in conjunction with DNR’s New Name Program, but we offer the service to our customers who would like us to just make a thank you call on the organization’s behalf. For your convenience, we also offer a flat rate for this service, and no set-up fees or minimums.

There are several advantages to using DNR’s Thank You Calling. The caller is using a hand-dial telephone, so there is no lag time from when the donor picks up the phone to when the caller speaks. We do not use scripts, and our callers work off a memorized flow of information, which makes the conversation more natural and flexible. This also allows for our calls to be open-ended. And, our callers are prepared to pray and able to take praise and prayer requests, which can be passed along to the organization.
